Description

Hometown Bank purchased the abandoned Fond du Lac Regional Clinic site in Fall 2004. Demolition of the original 1940's building and several newer additions occurred shortly after the purchase. The shell of the 1980's addition was retained for this new wowntown bank and corporate offices. This extensive remodeling was completed for the Modern Banking, Office, and Meeting Facility in the Fall of 2006. Owner requested an exterior image of historic flavor to blend with the residential historic neighborhood which abuts the site .Complete redesign and layout of the site incorporated the western neighbor and corporate family member Jackson Kahl Insurance building. New Parking and Drives allow traffic flow to and from surrounding streets and eastern neighbor Salem UM Church.
