DescriptionClinics Two five-physician clinics were built in Mayville and North Fond du Lac. Each building contained X-ray, Operatory, and Lab. Both locations were two-story buildings with build-out areas for mechanical equipment, meeting/training rooms and Physical Rehabilitation out-patient offices. The North Fond du Lac Clinic included a pharmacy. |
